Abbie Lipton brings her passion, dedication and experience for public relations and event planning to Durée & Company. She originally joined the agency as a senior account executive in November 2017 and was promoted to account manager in February 2019.
Bringing over 10 years of experience working with some of the most recognizable brands and celebrities, both in-house and at agencies, Abbie enjoys working with clients in the lifestyle, hospitality, health and wellness, cannabis, retail, nonprofit and entertainment industries. In her position at Durée & Company, Abbie has her finger on the pulse of the next big trend and is an expert at crafting and delivering her client’s messages to the media. She has proven success in securing press coverage in top regional and national publications such as The TODAY Show, CNN, The New York Times, Forbes, Cosmopolitan, Reader’s Digest, VOGUE, Robb Report, E! News, Inc. Magazine and more.
In 2022, Abbie was named “Best Flack” by the Miami New Times and was recognized for her thoughtfully, tailored pitches, rapport with journalists and thorough research.
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Abbie’s love for the South Florida community brought her back after pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Florida State University. While at FSU, Abbie was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. When not securing media placements, Abbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, doing yoga, discovering new restaurants and places, going to the beach and concerts, and cheering on the Miami Dolphins and FSU Seminoles.
