Born in Canada and raised in Trinidad, Melina Paul brings more than a decade of experience in administration, operations and executive support to her role as office manager at Durée & Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, which shaped her strong foundation in organization, creativity and leadership.

Her professional background includes supporting nonprofit organizations, corporate executives and creative professionals, giving her a versatile skill set in project management, scheduling and event coordination. Known for her collaborative approach and creative eye, Melina helps foster a productive and positive environment where clients and colleagues can thrive.

Outside of work, Melina enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, trying new restaurants and designing crafts with her Cricut.
