El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company with a South Florida-based team, brought in a crane to its ALINA Residences to fly in ALINA 220’s rooftop lap pool on Tuesday, Dec. 5. ALINA Residences is an award-winning, world-class residential destination in the heart of downtown Boca Raton that is currently under construction. The crane was at the property to fly four 100-foot-long stainless steel pieces for the installation of the pool up to the 7th floor for assembly.
Phase two of ALINA Residences, which is over 70% sold, encompasses two nine-story residential buildings (ALINA 210 and ALINA 220) will complete the entire project. ALINA 210 is tracking an earlier than expected delivery in summer 2024. Once ALINA 220 is completed in late 2024, ALINA Residences will comprise three buildings: ALINA 200 (121 residences), ALINA 210 (30 residences) and ALINA 220 (152 residences), for a total of 303 units. ALINA 210 and ALINA 220 boast a variety of available residences and floorplans. ALINA 200 is completed, sold out and occupied.
