Glass House Boca Raton Secures $70 Million Construction Financing from Maxim Capital

Exclusive Downtown Boca Raton Development Reaches Major Milestone as Construction Advances on the City’s First Modern Glass Building

Developer 280 E Palmetto Park Road LLC’s Glass House Boca Raton, the first modern glass building in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, has secured $70 million in construction financing from Maxim Capital. The transaction was brokered by Arrow Real Estate Advisors, a premier real estate finance advisory firm. The nine-story residential development is slated for completion in late 2027.

Arrow Real Estate Advisors’ Morris Betesh, founder and managing partner; Morris Dabbah, senior vice president; and Louis Halperin, associate, helped to secure the loan.

Following its April 2025 groundbreaking, Glass House Boca Raton has completed foundation work, including auger cast piles drilling and excavation. Vertical construction is anticipated to begin in Q2 2026. The $70 million construction loan refinances the project’s existing early work financing and will support Glass House through its vertical construction phase and completion.

The 28-residence luxury development at 280 E. Palmetto Park Road is under construction in downtown Boca Raton. Spearheaded by Noam Ziv, CEO and partner of 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC, the project remains on track for its projected timeline.

Sales at Glass House Boca Raton have surpassed one-third sold, reflecting continued demand for the limited collection of boutique residences in downtown Boca Raton.

Measuring 2,504–3,865 square feet, the elegant and airy residences boast 9’1″ ceilings, private terraces ranging from 8–12 feet in depth, spa-inspired primary bathrooms with separate his and hers vanities, restrooms, and medicine cabinets, solid core wood entry doors with smart locking systems, and painted solid wood doors throughout the interior living areas and bedrooms. The smart home-ready residences feature a gourmet kitchen with European cabinetry, stone countertops, backsplash, and island, and a state-of-the-art appliance package, including an induction cooktop, speed oven, vacuum seal drawer, and a built-in wine cooler.
