Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants celebrated the grand opening of its new restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. The evening was inaugurated with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a signature uncorking by John Inserra, Cooper’s Hawk President and COO. Guests enjoyed samplings from the restaurant’s contemporary-American menu complemented by Cooper’s Hawk signature wines and craft cocktails.
