Continuing its dedication to supporting hometown charities Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and the Humane Society of Broward County in addition to national charities, the team at Subaru of Pembroke Pines is pleased to once again host the Subaru Share the Love® event. Now through Jan. 3, 2023, Subaru will donate $250 for every vehicle purchased or leased at Subaru of Pembroke Pines to a select hometown charity of the customer’s choosing.
Each year, Subaru of Pembroke Pines owner and operator Craig Zinn Automotive Group matches the amount raised by the campaign.
To kick off this year’s campaign, Subaru of Pembroke Pines held a customer appreciation event on Nov. 17, from 6-7 p.m. where the community was invited to attend the celebration that featured hometown charities Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and the Humane Society of Broward County. Customers had the opportunity to view the latest Subaru models.
The largest donor to the Subaru Share the Love program in the U.S., Subaru of Pembroke Pines has donated more than $1.4 million to date to the local community. Since Subaru launched the program in 2008, it has donated more than $227 million to four national charities: American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®), Make-A-Wish®, Meals on Wheels America and the National Park Foundation; and more than 1,700 hometown charities.
“At Subaru of Pembroke Pines, we place great emphasis on supporting the diverse needs of our local community,” said Craig Zinn, president and CEO of the Craig Zinn Automotive Group. “We are pleased to once again serve as leaders in the Subaru Share the Love campaign to make a difference in the lives of many right in our own backyard.”
Subaru of Pembroke Pines is also committed to The Subaru Love Promise, including not only monetary donations, but also year-round actions and initiatives to support a number of community organizations, charities and causes.
