American Heritage Schools is proud to announce that the Class of 2026 has reached an extraordinary milestone, securing early acceptances to many of the nation’s most prestigious colleges and universities. A strong commitment to academic and personal exploration drives the senior class to apply through Early Decision programs.

American Heritage students begin building a robust academic foundation early on, supported by a balanced approach that fosters both intellectual curiosity and emotional resilience. This comprehensive preparation ensures that by their senior year, students are not just ready to apply, they are ready to lead.

“The college advising department helped me find the school that fits me best and has helped thousands of other kids with that as well,” stated Anagha Iyer, a Miramar-based senior from American Heritage Schools Broward Campus who was accepted to Stanford University.

By senior year, many students are ready to pursue their academic dreams. A significant number choose to apply through early decision to their top-choice schools, reflecting their commitment to these elite institutions. This year, several students have been accepted into top universities such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford, Yale, University of Chicago, Duke, Northwestern, Cornell, Brown, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia, Emory, Vanderbilt, University of Michigan, University of Oxford, and the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Elizabeth Xiao, a Weston-based senior from American Heritage Schools Broward campus who was accepted to Yale University, said, “Heritage is filled with this desire to learn, desire to compete, so much vitality and so much discussion that I, I truly love, and I don’t think that you could find it anywhere else.”

“American Heritage Schools has provided me with resources and outlets that have created an environment where success is guaranteed,” said Lily Svirsky, a Boca Raton-based senior from the Palm Beach County campus who was accepted to Columbia University.

“Our seniors have poured years of hard work, curiosity, and heart into their journey at American Heritage, and today, the nation’s top colleges are recognizing what we’ve known all along: the Class of 2026 is extraordinary,” said Dr. Doug Laurie, President of American Heritage Schools. “Their early acceptances reflect a standard of excellence that goes far beyond a GPA. We are immensely proud of their perseverance and can’t wait to see the impact they’ll make on their future campuses.”

As a leader in academic excellence for decades, American Heritage Schools continues to set the gold standard in Florida, celebrating 16 consecutive years as the state’s #1 school for National Merit Scholars. American Heritage Schools was also named No. 1 Private K-12 School in Florida and No. 1 College Prep Private High School in Florida, according to Niche.com.
