Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade to Host 55th Annual Golf Classic in Memory of Charles “Bebe” Rebozo on Monday, March 14

Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade is hosting its 55th Annual Golf Classic in Memory of Charles “Bebe” Rebozo on Monday, March 14. The tournament offers players the chance to play for fun or at a competitive level. Raffle prizes, complimentary lunch and open bar is included with sponsorship packages and the purchase of a foursome.

Proceeds will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s many positive programs, including its mentoring, educational after-school programs, homework assistance and tutoring, computer training, social skills, dance, arts and crafts and summer and athletic programs, for area youth who need them the most. The 55thAnnual Golf Classic is expected to raise significant funds, as its the signature event for Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade.

Registration begins at 10 a.m. Participants can enjoy practicing their swing at the driving range at 10 a.m. Outdoor lunch service begins at 11 a.m. with a complimentary open bar. Players will have the opportunity to enjoy famous Hooters wings on course, cigar samples and demonstrations from La Flor Dominicana Cigars and Biscayne Bay Brewing Company’s finest craft beer being served by Kombi Keg Miami’s Volkswagen Bus. Stretch Zone physical therapists will be on-site to offer warm-up stretch services, contests and much more.

The day will conclude at 6:30 p.m. with dinner, an award ceremony and live raffle draw in Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club’s banquet hall. Guests will enjoy a buffet-style dinner, wine and cocktails. Raffle prizes include restaurant, hotel and vacation packages, golf aficionado, memorabilia and more. All golfers will receive a complimentary sponsor-branded goodie bag with sponsor-branded polo, umbrella, golf balls and other goodies. Parking, green fees, cart, and all meals and beverages are all included. Guests are asked to adhere to the country club casual dress code or golf attire.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade recognizes its 2022 Golf Classic committee members: Tom Bezold, Clint Gulley, Anthony Lopez, Alex Quevedo, Fred Rebozo, Ed Soto, Marc Suarez, Ben Walker, Taylor Walker and Special Events Chair, Olga Guilarte. Committee members steer this popular long-standing Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade fundraiser.

Special pricing for single foursomes will be available for a limited time until Feb. 13, 2022. Sponsorship/underwriting opportunities are available, ranging from $250 to $25,000. A Tee Sign Sponsorship is available for $250. Registration fees are $2,000 for a foursome.
