Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a nationally renowned establishment which combines a restaurant, Napa-style tasting room and artisanal retail market, is opening its newest location at Dania Pointe in Dania Beach this winter. The new Cooper’s Hawk will celebrate its grand opening on Jan. 27, 2020.
The restaurant is located at 1822 Pointe Blvd., Dania Beach, FL 33004, inside of Dania Pointe. With the opening of the Dania Beach restaurant, the award-winning restaurant and Napa-style tasting room will own and operate 42 restaurants and tasting rooms, including 11 Florida locations with four in Broward County.
Cooper’s Hawk redefines the modern casual dining experience. The menu consists of contemporary-American cuisine infused with international flavors. Each dish on the menu is listed with a bin number, guiding guests to their selection’s perfect wine pairing. The menu also includes a gluten free selection, as well as a kids’ menu, carryout and catering. Fan-favorite dishes include:

Cooper’s Hawk at Dania Pointe was designed to complement the South Florida aesthetic. The atmosphere, reflects the architecture of California wine country and encourages conversation about food and wine. The interior’s décor is influenced by the art of wine-making and has features such as a textured cork wall in the bar and artwork created from reclaimed barrels. The tasting room embraces the rich Napa experience, which provides guests with the opportunity to explore and expand their palates and enrich their wine journey.
The restaurant has the capacity to accommodate 260 guests; the main indoor dining space has seating for 132 guests, while the bar accommodates an additional 82. There is also one private party room dedicated to host gatherings for up to 40 guests.
Cooper’s Hawk is home to the U.S.’s largest Wine Club, a lifestyle-driven monthly affiliation, offering limited production Wines of the Month, unique travel and dining experiences, events, insider rewards and more. Since the wine-centric restaurant concept debuted its first-generation blends in 2005, its Wine Club has grown to nearly 450,000 members. Wine Club Members are able to sample classic domestic varietals, as well as those from countries such as Chile, Argentina, and Italy — all at a reasonable price point. Cooper’s Hawk Wines garnered three prestigious awards from the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, including Double Gold for the Lux Meritage, and Best of Class for the Cooper’s Hawk Lux Ice Wine.
