The property was previously owned by Kenneth Bodlieb and his wife, Andrea Caputo Brodlieb. Christopher Leavitt with Douglas Elliman represented the sellers, and Sabal Development used Gilles Dalco of Bonaparte Real Estate, LLC to secure the deal.
Sabal Development is planning on building a 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom, two-story single-family home on the lot. The spacious first floor will contain a movie theater, gym, and lounge, while the second floor of the home will feature the majority of the bedrooms, a spacious terrace, and rooftop access. In addition, the home will feature a 2,251 sq. ft. garage, an elevator, and a beach house with a dock. The property will feature architecture and interior finishes by TOGU DESIGN of Miami.
