Sabal Development Sells/Closes on Two Stunning Contemporary Estates: 2305 N. Riverside Drive in Pompano Beach for $6.45 Million; 860 S. Shore Drive in Miami Beach for $5.9 Million

In just two days, Sabal Development, specializing in building and developing luxury custom homes, sold/closed on two of its breathtaking South Florida contemporary estates.

On May 20, the firm closed on the spectacular waterfront estate at 2305 N. Riverside Drive in Pompano Beach’s Hillsboro Shores neighborhood for $6.45 million. On May 21, it closed on Villa L’Artiste, a beautiful home situated at 860 S. Shore Drive in Miami Beach, for $5.9 million.
