Alyssa Morgan, Founder of Miami’s The Inside Network Ultra-Luxe Real Estate, Partners with Development Marketing Team (DMT) to Head Sales & Marketing for New Solina Bay Harbor

Alyssa Morgan, a top-producing real estate agent and founder of Miami Beach-based real estate company The Inside Network, is pleased to announce her partnership with Development Marketing Team (DMT) to lead sales and marketing for Solina Bay Harbor, a new boutique 9-unit building located in Miami-Dade’s luxurious Bay Harbor Islands.

Brooklyn, New York-based RedHoek+Partners, led by Lee Cohen, has tapped The Inside Network and DMT to spearhead sales and marketing efforts for the development, which offers a curated selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, ranging from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet. Anticipated completion is Q4 of 2025. Pricing for the residences starts at $1.445 million.

Solina Bay Harbor, located at 1055 93rd St, Bay Harbor Islands, FL 33154, is the second new development in Bay Harbor Islands that Morgan has worked with since launching The Inside Network in Q4 2022. In continued partnership with Alyssa Soto Brody, Esq. of DMT — a highly successful data-driven real estate sales and marketing brokerage born out of Manhattan, New York and specializing in new developments — Morgan is leveraging the New York to Miami network. She has built a strategic sales team, including Jaime Blatt of The Inside Network.
