At Fort Lauderdale PR agency Durée & Company, giving back to the community is part of our DNA. We love doing it, and knowing that our efforts are making a difference in the lives of many people ― well, gives us a special kind of happiness.
That’s why we are thrilled to be the 2018 Outstanding Small Corporation Award honoree, as named by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Broward–Fort Lauderdale chapter, as part of its National Philanthropy Day® Awards Luncheon. The program recognizes outstanding achievement by individuals, foundations and corporate philanthropists.
Specifically, the Outstanding Small Corporation Award honors a corporation or its corporate foundation that demonstrates outstanding commitment in Broward County through financial support, and through encouragement and motivation of others to take leadership roles toward philanthropy and community involvement.
We are one of nine honorees who will be recognized at the 31st Annual National Philanthropy Day Awards Luncheon on Nov. 1 at Signature Grand in Davie, Florida. Over 500 philanthropists, community leaders, non-profit organizations, and volunteers will attend the event.

We also coordinate dozens of auction item donations, equaling tens of thousands of dollars, from our clients to numerous charities. This helps them raise much-needed funds to provide additional programs and offers.
Our team also participates in races and events benefiting other charitable organizations; and be involved in other opportunities to have a voice in their community. Personally, Durée has devoted much of her personal time and resources to missions in which she believes.
