Presenting in a BRIO and BRAVO! PR Dream

So it can be a wondrous experience when that love is returned 100-fold, like the feedback we received after the Bravo Brio Restaurant Group (BBRG) corporate conference in October.

Durée Ross, president of Durée & Company, was asked to talk about how our team markets and promotes the restaurants we serve in Florida for BBRG. BRIO Tuscan Grille and BRAVO! Cucina Italiana are longtime clients, and Durée & Company is frequently called upon to advise beyond our specific Florida-based restaurants.

image1In this case, in three marketing break-out sessions, Durée spoke on “Connecting with your Community,” and described how PR, marketing, social media and local store marketing efforts all worked in tandem to build sales and customer relationships. She received a great response, and after each session, was in a storm of questions and comments. So much so, that she read comments like this after her presentation:

Oh, how Durée wishes she could’ve gotten around to every hand and every question. But the experience was unforgettable, and the gratitude, respect and sincerity were mutual.
