Sabal Development Purchases Miami Lot for $4.6 Million and Brickell House Penthouse for $5.2 Million in February 2022

Sabal Luxury Builder to Build 8,800-Square-Foot Home on 36,000-Square-Foot Lot in Prestigious Coconut Grove Area; Remodel 6,500-Square-Foot Brickell House Penthouse with Same Finishes as a Luxury Home

Sabal Development, specializing in creating distinguished custom homes built by Sabal Luxury Builder in prestigious South Florida locations, is pleased to announce two luxury purchases: the lot at 4040 Kiaora St. in Miami, where it plans to build a luxury home; and penthouse 4401 at Brickell House, located at 1300 Brickell Bay Dr. in Miami, which it plans to remodel.

Mathieu Rochette of Compass represented the seller, Vidal A. Cadena and Annick Durango, and the buyer, Sabal Development and Sabal Luxury Builder Founder and CEO Pascal Nicolai, in the 4040 Kiaora St. transaction. Lourdes Alatriste of Engel & Volkers Miami represented the seller, Jesus Quintero, and buyer, Nicolai, in the 1300 Brickell Bay Dr., PH4401 transaction.

On Feb. 11, 2022, Sabal Development purchased the sprawling 36,000-square-foot lot at 4040 Kiaora St., Miami, FL 33133 for $4.6 million. It will build an 8,800-square-foot luxury home on the property, which plans to feature seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, one half-bathroom, service quarter, movie theatre in the guest house, and poolside summer kitchen. The company is expected to break ground on the home in March 2022, with an estimated completion in 2024.

On Feb. 11, 2022, Sabal Development closed on penthouse 4401 at the luxury high-rise condominium Brickell House, located at 1300 Brickell Bay Dr., Miami, FL 33131, for $5.2 million. The company will remodel the penthouse, enhancing the design, finishes, and floor plans with interior design by TOGU Design. Boasting extraordinary water views, the residence features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. The construction is expected to be completed in 2023.

In 2021, Sabal Development and Sabal Luxury Builder, led by Nicolai, built and sold more than $130 million in luxury custom single-family homes throughout South Florida.
