Coldwell Banker’s The Jills Zeder Group Represents Seller and Buyer in Closing of Waterfront Residence, Unit 7081 at Fisher Island’s Palazzo Del Sol, for $16.25 Million

The Jills Zeder Group today represented the seller and buyer in the closing of the waterfront residence at 7081 Fisher Island Dr. at Palazzo Del Sol on exclusive Fisher Island for $16.25 million. The sellers are wife and husband Caroline Wozniacki, the world’s No. 2 tennis player and winner of 30 Women’s Tennis Association singles titles; and David Lee, 2-time NBA All-Star.
