Reflecting its ongoing support for the local community, ValleyOrtho, part of the world-class Valley View family, is now the official sports medicine and orthopedic provider of SunlightMountain Resort in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
ValleyOrtho, home to some of the world’s top surgeons and providers, is underwriting two live mountain cameras, which are aptly named the ValleyOrtho Live Cam at Sunlight Mountain Resort. The cameras will benefit the community by showcasing the beautiful view of the mountain and displaying the live, current snow conditions as they change throughout the day.
Through its sponsorship with Sunlight Mountain Resort, ValleyOrtho launched its first ValleyOrtho Live Cam in January 2021 at the top of Sunlight Mountain Resort’s Primo Lift at an elevation of 9,900 feet. Due to its success, Sunlight Mountain Resort and Valley View are adding a second camera at the top of Sunlight Mountain Resort’s peak at 9,900 summit overlooking beautiful Mount Sopris. Viewers can access the live web cams through SunlightMountain Resort’s website and social media channels.
“As we are thoroughly invested in the entire Roaring Fork Valley community, we are happy to now be the official sports medicine and orthopedic provider of Sunlight Mountain Resort,” said Tito Liotta, MD, medical director of orthopedic services at Valley View and orthopedic surgeon at ValleyOrtho. “We know that our community is a special place, and with integrity, care and experience, we treat our patients like we treat our own families. In sponsoring the resort, we are pleased to promote an active lifestyle and support the mountain and our community with our ValleyOrtho Live Cam.”
“At Sunlight Mountain Resort, we care about the health and safety of our guests, staff, and community so we are particularly excited to further illustrate our commitment through this new partnership with ValleyOrtho,” said Troy Hawks, marketing and sales director at Sunlight Mountain Resort.
