Event Celebrated First “Toes in the Sand” Project in Pompano Beach
in Nearly a Decade
POMPANO BEACH, Fla.— (June 22, 2015) — Fernbrook Florida, LLLP recently celebrated the official launch of Sabbia Beach, the first new ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium development to be built in Pompano Beach in nearly a decade.
Co-hosted by Patti Stanger of Bravo TV’s “The Millionaire Matchmaker,” the oceanfront launch event, attended by more than 200 people, celebrated the perfect match of lifestyle and setting. The event took place at Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. Stanger, known for matching eligible singles, is a longtime friend of Sabbia Beach Sales Director Amy Ballon. Ballon, together with her Hemisphere Sales Group partner Lisa Whitaker, already have the development more than 45 percent reserved.
Sabbia Beach, designed by world-renowned Miami firm Arquitectonica, will be built on one of the last remaining parcels of land located on a three-mile stretch of pristine shoreline at 730 North Ocean Blvd. This boutique property will consist of more than 60 spacious residences with private or semi-private elevators leading into a double-door entry. Sabbia Beach includes two- and three-bedroom residences and four lanai residences. They will have floor-to-ceiling glass and sliding-glass doors leading to generous balconies offering ocean, city and Intracoastal views. Pre-construction prices start in the low $900,000s.
The project will be nestled less than a mile north of the well-known Pompano Beach pier, putting residents close to high-end oceanfront outdoor shops, live entertainment and fine dining. Within the development, lush tropical landscaping will lend itself to resort-style amenities, designed by Interiors by Steven G., that include an exotic oceanside vanishing edge pool, state-of-the art fitness center that looks out over the Atlantic Ocean, massage treatment rooms, social room, designated yoga area, 24-hour security and valet.
The Sabbia Beach on-site sales gallery is expected to open at the end of July 2015. Sales and marketing are led by Amy Ballon and Lisa Whitaker of Hemisphere Sales Group. Groundbreaking is expected in 2016 with expected completion in the last quarter of 2017.
