Durée Ross Talks Real Estate Public Relations with BisNow

At award-winning PR firm Durée & Company, we represent a variety of clients across a number of industries. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate enough to work with a number of real estate development projects and witness many successful building projects come to life.

As a leader in real estate public relations, President Durée Ross recently sat down with BisNow Real Estate to share her best practices in real estate public relations and marketing. One aspect that Durée emphasizes is a strong focus on key signature events. It’s important to highlight milestones such as a sales center opening, property groundbreaking or any sales records achieved. Equally important is securing press coverage for each of these milestones so a client’s success can remain in the spotlight. This ultimately helps build interest and excitement from potential buyers.

One size does not fit all, and each campaign must be approached in a different manner.  This is why we enjoy working with our real estate clients and helping them achieve success.

We’ll see you at the next groundbreaking!

Making The Most Out of Leap Day

Duree RossOnce every four years we get a whole extra day in February. A whole extra 24 hours! But since Leap Day falls on a Monday this year, most of us are back at our typical Monday routines.

At award-winning PR firm Durée & Company, President Durée Ross knew exactly what she would do with an extra 24 hours, and shared her thoughts with Sun-Sentinel. Her ideal day: Family time. In yesterday’s article, Durée outlined an amazing family day that consisted of hiking up a mountain in Aspen, Colorado and then taking a gondola down to enjoy a chocolate chip cookie as a reward. There’s no question about how much work Durée puts into her company, so a day with her family is a perfect way to spend a bonus day.

Whether it’s our professional or personal lives, 24 hours may not seem like a whole lot of time. However, you can make the most of every day if you have a plan of action. Cherish every moment with your family and make every minute you’re working productive. No task is too overwhelming if you approach it with a plan. Remember, you have the same 24 hours in a day as Taylor Swift!

How are you spending your extra day?

Behind the Scenes at The Grammy Awards

Events are a great way to promote a product or message, gather a IMG_1886particular group of people or just celebrate a winning success.  At award-winning PR firm Durée & Company, we integrate special events into our clients’ public relations strategies, knowing that events can bring a product or service to life in the eye of the consumer. Whether it’s a sales center launch, wine tasting or corporate round table, we make it possible for our clients to receive the sales, customer interaction and recognition they deserve.

While events are exciting to attend, there is a great deal of work that happens behind the scenes. As public relations professionals, we wear many hats and do whatever is necessary to pull off a successful event. From start to finish, there is hard-working team that is busy planning every last detail.

Our very own President Durée Ross knows this better than anyone, making her visit to Los Angeles this past weekend particularly special. Joined by her music-loving family, Durée was in town to view a full dress rehearsal of the 58th Annual Grammy Awards that aired Monday night.  While it was a practice run just hours before the real event aired, no detail was overlooked and the announcers, performers and production team didn’t miss a beat. For someone who has planned events herself, Durée both appreciated and enjoyed seeing the show through the eyes of a guest! An added bonus – seeing the show with clients Amy Ballon and Lisa Whitaker of Hemisphere Sales Group.

At Durée & Company, we recognize that events are milestones for our clients and we take pride in helping them achieve this success. We work hard, but we always remember to take time and celebrate our clients and the amazing things they do.

To that we say, cheers!
